equilibrium massage pad

Hi does anyone put a rug over the top of the massage pad when in use, it doesnt give any information on the website, but it seems a bit cold at the moment to massage without ?

Yes I always use it under whatever rug he is wearing and it's always been fine. Just be careful that they don't do what my little sod did and roll whilst wearing it!

yes i do as well. but a thinner rug, as he gets warm under the pad anyway and he hates being hot.

Yes, and when travelling to comps/lessons he has a fleece over the top.

I usually pop a rug over, but have heard stories about the battery pack catching fire so always stay nearby and make sure battery pack is well tucked in the pocket!

Thank you, does the one person who mentioned they travel in it, have it switched on whilst travelling, one of mine stamps his back feet a bit on one of the programs so not sure i would use it in transit, yeah i tried it with a rug on today and it was fine.

Yes I do. He arrives all ready to be tacked up.

I do too - in fact, when i put the pad over his quarters I use his rug to keep it in place.

Just started using mine. I do put a rug on over it, given the cold. I've heard of people travelling with them to speed things up when they arrive although with most things I do I think I would pop it on after I arrive. Prob won't use for hunting though, too much fiddling when we get there and prefer to travel ready tacked. Not ideal but prob the one situation I won't use it.
