Equilibrium Net Relief muzzle net

My mare is reacting really badly to the rapeseed pollen - need to get her a muzzle net to help her out, but am a bit confused about the Equilibrium net relief muzzle nets; I see they are sold as a 'pack' with a noseband and instructions, or as 'refills'. I already have a cavesson noseband; do the 'refills' have the velcro attachments for the noseband, or are these part of the noseband itself? ie can I get away with just buying refills - do they have the velcro bits to attach to my own noseband?

No the pack consists of one strip.of Velcro which you place the net inbetween and it attaches to your noseband. You need this bit. Then the refills as such are just the nets on their own. There are 3 nets in a pack.
