Equilibrium quick chill cooling rug

Has anyone got one/used one of these? Looking at getting one for my boy for in his stable. Noticed he’s started to sweat/get clammy with these mid/high temperatures. It sounds good in how it works, just wondering if anyone has any experience with them?

I have seen this but I think unless you're going to stand for an hour and then take it off once dry, the affect of having an extra layer on him once it's dry would negate the benefit.. I have been giving Dex a good hose off and just making sure he has adequate cold water available. He's been hot but not sweaty yet
