So that woould be paying for something that you could essentially do with baler twine??
Also is attaching your foot to the girth, really where you want your lower leg? Unless you ride with it massively far back of course........ I was always taught you want a line from shoulder, through hip, to heel............. but isnt the girth slightly more forward than the hip would be?
I bought some but then was told not to use them as they are dangerous, getting a good instructor will help you get your leg in the right position. I wouldn't waste your money, funnily enough I managed to sell them on ebay a few month back!!
Try buying some velcro. That's what we've used for years with disabled riders and if there's a fall it will pull apart so safe and adjustable plus cheap.

exactly. and what happens when you want to move your leg forward to say, control the shoulder, or to do lateral work.
Bailer twine would work just as well but riding without stirrups is better!
I've got some and to be honest they haven't helped. If your on a horse doesn't go off from a squeeze and more of a nudge, you haven't got the freedom to move your ankle. Loads of non-stirrups and lunge lessons helped with me.
