Equimins advance complete, anybody had problems!

Has anybody had problems with this product? The new tub I brought smelt really off so I took it back to the shop ( smelt like something had died in there) second tub was the same so I brought a 10 kg as that smelt a lot better when I opened it but it's lighter in colour? Iv brought it as it smells ok but has anybody else had problems with this product?

I am on my second tub and it doesn't smell as nice as the first one did. Horse seems to like it though.

I had 2 tubs which smelt a bit grim and were totally different colours, ponies didn't mind though.

Hi, Yes I have had problems with this batch. I queried it with the manufacturer as it smells dreadful and my horse won't touch it. Apparently they have altered the formula to improve it. I can just about get him to eat some feed containing it if I use 1/2 the recommended dose and add mint or other tasty things to disguise it. I shan't buy any more unless they change the formula to be more palatable, which is a shame as I was really pleased with the results I was getting.

Mine get the Meta Balance version of it, but if I run out they won't eat their feeds... They love it.

I use progressive earth's pro balance + it's cheaper than those ones and easy to get hold of. Oh and you get a bag of sugary sweets with every purchase

Thats the reason I stopped using it, I couldn't stand the smell.
All three of mine are on Pro Hoof now and are doing really well

Moved over to Pro Balance and found a fudge bar in the parcek, how sweet! Nommed that pretty quick lol!
