Equimins Concentrated Advanced - change ?

First tub both boys ate with their chaff, but next tub smells different and boys wont eat.
Been in contact with equimins who say nothing has changed.

Anyone else noticed a difference

powder or pellets? my latest powder is a lot paler but no difference with smell etc so presume just batch differences.
