Anyone a member? Thought it looked pretty good - especially the member benefits, but looking at the prices it's amazing how the price shoots up when you want Horse Trials included.
Mini rant - why does the price go up whenever you mention the word eventing?! Whether it be 'event' horses, 'event' boots... next they'll be selling bloody organic 'event' carrots!! Grrrr

I'm a member, and I do find it useful having all the info on one site rather than having to trawl round several show centre sites to find out when the comps are (but then I'm just lazy). I think they could increase the information they had about show centres, and whilst the course walk photos are useful, I think they could have some more. I'm not entirely sure they have the full BE calendar on there either....

Hmm, just mention the word "horse"

But yes, eventing does seem to add the price increase by a fair amount!!

Excuse my ignorance, but what do Equine affairs do!? I know they sponser a few events.....

i used to be a member, although i'm not now cus i think its a bit priccy, all the info on it can be found free of charge via other sources if you have time to look, but if you don't have time its worth joining, plus you get free day tickets, (well you did when i was a member not sure if they still offer them)

I think you get two free BD day tickets, but only discounted BE day tickets..... to be honest my local venues are very good at putting their events on their websites so I don't think it is worth it for me......

It's basically an events listing website with additional features such as venue information, schedules, personalised listings etc. etc.
Looks good, but the for the price they charge to include full Horse Trials listings it becomes stupidly expensive...... I'd rather do the trawling through the internet for events myself rather than pay them - need the money for event carrots!

Joined once quite a few years ago, before most individual venues cottoned on to the fact they needed websites. Have to say did not really use it all that much, rather over priced. Now prefer to do my own research. I know where I like to go and all my preferred venues have websites. As for BE fixtures then BE web good as includes all cancellations/amendments etc. Save your money.
