I was thinking of doing an Equine Artificial Insemination Technician course.

Has anyine done one of these, passed the exam and obtained the qualification?

Does anyone know any insurance company that will cover Professional Indemnity/Public Liability for this type of work?

I've tried NFU but they don't cover it at all. Obviously, if I'm only going to use it on any mares owned by me it's not a problem, but I would not go anywhere near anyone else's brood mares without the correct insurance cover in place.

They have an equestrian department and a commercial department so I'm sure they will be able to offer you what you need. Nice people and much more reasonably priced than NFU!!
