Its fantastic- I dose twice in a day on the day of comps one as soon as I get to yard, and the next dose 2 hourse before Im due to mount. Never has it not worked for me. Its £12 a tube which has three doses in it.
Hi, i put my tb looney mare on it a couple of weeks ago and i do think its working. She was more sensible out eventing last weekend, though still not quiet, but thats just her! Its the only calmer i've noticed any difference with, and trust me i've tried a few with her!
My horse had So Kalm when she was on box rest, the powder every day and I kept a syringe handy for emergencies (lorry turned up once and sent her loony, she wouldn't settle so I stuck some down her throat and she calmed down). Brill stuff, definately worth a try
I tried the powder on my mare and thought it was pretty good - I didn't know you could feed it as and when needed, I thought it had a loading period. You learn something new everyday
yup - used it on my tbs when taking them to first shows last year - always keep a syringe handy and put a dose in their breakfasts on day of show... just takes the edge off them!
I used this when Lad was coming back into work after a check ligament injury, it really worked for him, it took the sharp edge off him, but he was still forward going and switched on. Would recommend it.
