equine behaviourists in surrey

Any one know of a good behaviourist that comes to the farnham area of surrey? My pony has always been bad with leading but hes now being a nightmare to catch! Before he went on loan he came to call and was an angel now hes turned into a monster and no one can get near him unless all the horses are in which isnt easy to do because some live out.
I do not know what hes been doing with the loan family so we can't sort out any problem he might have.
My mum is wondering if a behaviourist would work for this problem as never met anyone that has used one. Also how much would they charge?
