Hi there,

As the title says really! We just bought one of these and have started the 1n technique first before we use the actual breather. What are your experiences with using it?

www.equinebreathing.com

After day one of doing the 1n, I went out at the usual time to the yard. Bella, the horse we are doing this on, hadnt eaten her hay from the morning and was looking a bit sorry for herself! she usually has he head over the stable door and is pleased to see you! She also had a lot of drool coming out of her mouth and her left nostril was running slightly. However, yesterday, she also had her teeth done by an equine dental technician, who said they were very sharp etc. (I have only had this horse roughly 6 months) So could the drooling be coming from having her teeth done and she may be in some pain? Or is the breathing technique working in that she is already starting to clear out toxins?

Any help appreciated!

Carrie

Ps. Bella is an ex racehorse who windsucks. And so we decided to try this technique as a holistic approach rather than having to use the collar for the rest of her days!

I realise this is quite an old post, but I'm really interested to hear about your experiences using the breather and 1N method......did you continue and what were the results?
