Done, but you need a few more options. My experience regarding surgery is not covered for instance.

You can only do once, I have three horses ?

No option for PTS there, but that was the solution I had to take for 1 with colic.

Some horses are not either a, given meds and recover or b, have an op for colic.

Some are PTS due to a number of other additional factors that need to be thought out by owner & vet at the time.

done but only done the recent colic 2 weeks ago and she has had colic a few times
My boy has colicked twice and lost two to colic so cannot do them as survey once only

Done but could only complete for one colic - horse survived.

Had other colics where horse was pts but this was not covered in your questions.
