Hi everyone

I was just wondering after seeing a few other posts, have you used one? Did you have any positive experiences, and any you recommend in the yorkshire area?

Id like to have one, but at the same time, im rather cynical so id like to know others had a positive experience :)

Thanks :)

Ive never known him be wrong yet, even if it might take some time for his interpretation to make sense to the owner. Ive spent a lot of time with him, was originally very sceptical but he is amazing :D Very busy though and tends to run late because hes so in demand.

Yep Cooper Wilson. Hes been to our yard several times and is actually coming next Saturday. He has been accurate with info on my deceased mare! as well as with the current horses..

Nearly 4 years and I'm still waiting for this to make sense to me;):D;):D http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=218143

As a general response about communicators - animal and human - not to TigerTail specifically, I'm a sceptic at best, I think these people are masters at reading body language and for want of a better word, manipulating people to give them information without them realising they're giving info. Now in the age of advanced technology, how much information can be gathered about us from the internet - a quick glance at this forum for example and previous threads people have posted might give a communicator more than enough information to give a good reading. My thread above gives a great example of how someone knew about my reading even though I hadn't said I was having one before or, so I thought, hadn't given any information about who had done the reading!

I would recommend people read Christopher Brookmyre's book - 'The attack of the unsinkable rubber ducks' which, although a novel, gives some really good insights into how readings are done and a good story to boot!

Yeah, give it a go, if you're happy to spend the money. I did and got quite a good laugh out of it!

I have used Cooper Wilson before. He came out to our yard a few weeks after I bought my current horse. It was a friend who first contacted him and straight away he mentioned that he needed to see one particular horse that was new, he described my new horse, who he had never seen before. When he arrived I asked him for a bit of info on his history and what I should be doing to get to know him. He was right on several points regarding the personality of my horse. He also identified an area of weakness in horse's hind legs - which turned out to have been caused by bad shoeing - which enabled me to tailor horse's work to suit. Hence horse no longer has a problem.

There were other things he knew and couldn't possibly have found out about. He went to where the YOs old pony was buried and described the pony, he knew about other deceased horses from the yard and also people involved in the yard who had passed away. It was very spooky and left us all absolutely awestruck... and fully convinced!

Oh dear, just thought I'd have a browse on here to find these threads again - after seeing this one a few weeks ago I have just contacted this guy as I am just intrigued to see if anyone can give me any explanation for my pony's erratic behaviour!!! Oh gawd, can't decide if to give it a whirl!

OK so i had to take a look and he is creepy looking in that picture :-/ i felt his eyes were staring right in to my soul haha (shiver down spine and goose bumps)

Cooper is a personal friend of mine and I cannot rate him highly enough with regards to his interations with horses.
He has advised me numerous times which horse to buy/not to buy and he truly has a gift when it comes to deciphering equine body language and has taught me a lot.
He is a genuine man and has come to my aid when I have been "stuck" with a horse. I don't know what he charges for his services but he has saved my a lot of money in the past buying unsuitable horses - he advised me against buying a horse as he was sore in front (I could see no evidence of this) and the vet failed him for heat in his check ligament when trotting downhill.
At the end of the day, if you are sceptical of this sort of interaction, you probanly won't get the best out of the appointment but if you are prepared to be open minded and give him a chance, you may be amazed

Cooper Wilson told me my horse should be shot as he'd never make anything...

He's now been sold on and is now eventing very successfully...

Not quite sure why an 'animal communicator' would say anything like that but i guess everyone has their opinion on whether these people are for real. I am pretty open minded and thought it would be interesting to see if anyone could give any thoughts as to my pony's odd and erratic behaviour. We shall see.
