I apologise to those who have already completed this questionnaire but if you haven't please read the below!
I am a third-year Veterinary Medicine student at the University of Nottingham undertaking a research project investigating the reasons for owners responses to Cushings disease in their horse(s). The questionnaire (link) at the bottom of the page forms the basis of the research. You should be able to access the questionnaire by clicking on the link, if this does not work, please copy and paste the link into your browser.
I would be grateful for as much information as you can give me to get the best results possible. If you feel the questionnaire does not cover all aspects of your experience and views regarding this disease please feel free to add further details at the end. If you are completing this questionnaire for a horse that has been put to sleep, please answer the questions regarding age etc, at the time of euthanasia.
I am intending to conduct in-depth interviews with a small number of respondents. If you are willing to be involved in these interviews please tick the box at the end of the questionnaire.
In returning the completed questionnaire you have the possibility of winning an equine item of your choice, worth up to £50. Completed questionnaires will be entered into a draw. The winner will be notified by phone or email.
