Try Martin Danzebrink. 07720 299269 He's very good, and is always recommended by the local vets. He covers Bucks and I think goes further afield, but if he doesn't come out your way I'm sure he'll know someone who will.

When I was a groom at the Heythrop hunt kennels we had Dean Andrews, the kennels are in Chipping Norton. Dean is from Liecestershire, sorry I dont have a number for him, he is excellent by the way.
