There is one, did live in Evesham but not sure he still does. Never been trained and not qualified. A fiver for a quick bashing with a worn out old rasp and god help the horse if it objects.
Whether he is still at it I don't know, but he is certainly not listed on the professional bodies information and needs keeping well clear of.
Any body local and over 50ish will know who I mean but I will not put his name on the forum.
