Equine Dentistry Survey - dissertation help

Hi!
My name is Jemima Harper, and I am currently in my final year of university studying equine science. As part of the degree, I am required to complete a scientific project in which I have chosen to do mine on equine dentistry, specifically around owner choice in practitioner. As part of my research is an online survey, one that is completely anonymous and takes approximately 3/5 mins to complete. If you are able to fill it out, that would be amazing! I completed it for my old horse who l lost two years ago. I currently share a horse but am not responsible for her dental care.

Done but the time between appointments is too prescriptive. I have a horse who is seen every 6 months, another every 9 and other who are done annually. No option to state this.

I have 2 who are seen annually but one is by a vet, the other by a dentist.
My third is seen by vet but time varies. She was seen by vet in Aug. I had concerns when dentist was out in Nov so he gave her a quick check. Dec she had diastemas widened and in Mar she's having the last one widened - it was too painful and she wouldn't let them touch it in Dec.
