Any recommendations (or otherwise) please, also methods used ie power tools or hand rasped, preference for sedating, etc. Thanks.
 
we use Amy Last, she is brilliant, takes lots of care and will do whatever is needed, happy to have them sedated if you deem it necessary. She does the horses at WHW too.
 
I use Leugh Shayle - based in Newmarket but comes over this neck of the woods. Brilliant with all young or old, uses sedation if necessary, mine are good so no need. Hand rasps (mine).
