Just a quick one, hopefully..
This is a question for those who were customers of Equestrian Direct and who ended up having their claims handled by Equine First (on behalf of Templeton, the underwriter) when ED went bust...
Is anyone else having trouble getting receipts/invoices processed by them? My claim was agreed last year and although they paid for the first set of receipts, I now cannot get them to even look at those from this year (they are from within the 12 months of the claim period!). They constantly claim they are too busy, despite owing me money from nearly 6 months ago (they had the receipts immediately so have been hanging on to them for that length of time).
How are you dealing with them if you are having probs?
