Equine healing and crystals?????

Hi, Just searching the web and found this site. My horse has been seeming a little `off` just recently and lethargic, so what do you peeps think of this lady? Is it worth a try. I am quite interested in the crystal healing thing and as my horse isn`t as relaxed in her stable as she could be, maybe its worth trying this too.

Look, it's your horse and your money so if you want to give it a bash that's up-to you. It isn't going to do any harm. A massage would be probably be a better idea.

total load of pish posh IMO thing you have to remember is its not only humans who can suffer due to change in weather especially when the days get shorter.
My horse goes off big time in the winter hates been out hates been ridden.

Give ned some time before you go down the hippy route,it would be weird for a horse to have the same temperment all the time.
Like i say they are just like us they have up times and low times,they just cant talk through it like we do.

My mum actually does Reiki healing on humans and gives it to my horses when she comes over to the stables....they come in they stand and let her do her 'thing' and im not joking THEY DO NOT MOVE A MUSCLE, their lips hang and everything!THEY SEEM TO LOVE IT! Believe me if they wanted her out of the way she'd know about it! The little darlings lol
Now i havent gotta clue about reiki etc, but, i do know it clears blocked energy etc and this can be felt in heat spots or something!.... id never say a bad word about it.....because i dont know enough to comment, if you want some info, i'll be willing to get my mum on the case! She uses crystals for healing and they can be very powerful things apparently!
I always think horses have most defo got a 6th sense and im damn sure they like to receive whatever it is mum does hahahaha.......God everyone is going to hunt me down and set me on fire now! PM me if u want a bit of info

We use Reiki healing on our event horses and have had fantastic results. Physicaly and psychologically and the horses love it too.

unless you've money to throw away i'd not bother, in fact it may be more effective to simply throw your money away.

How does this therapist claim that it works? Personally I wouldnt do this. If it is reasonably priced and you are interested you could try it but I wouldnt pay too much.

I was a total non believer of Reiki. A lady offered it for free on one of our horses - i did know her and respect her on traditional matters.
I thought oh well its free nothing to lose.
I stood by and watched and thought how do people get sucked in.
I then started feeling a strange pulling sensation, stronger in old injury/surgery sights. A bit like a gentle breeze on your back but it was a pulling from the front. I thought how strange but put it down to the air.
When the lady finished she talked me through it and described things. The pulling sensation is part of it. Blockages were being unblocked. I didn't say a word of what i felt. To this day i am pain free in many places where i have suffered for years.
I don't tell people as its a hard thing to believe in for some. She also does crystals but i didn't take that in.
There was a definate improvement in the horse - an old injury.
She is currently doing Reiki on the horses that were attacked. She came out with things about one of them that i have never spoken about/put on our website. I was totally shocked.
I am a person that needs to see things work and thought what a load of rubbish but as far as Reiki goes i am interested.
I am not at a point where i would pay. Another lady offered Reiki for free after she heard about the attacks but as i was devastated about what unfurled about it all, i did not even tell friends about it and could not face a stranger. I have not even been on here - just re-amergeing

I did not take her up on the offer but the other lady knows me well enough to know that i will come out with it when ready and is just doing her Reiki.
If it were me i would say i don't know enough about it but am interested and ask if she would do a free demonstration - more than one session is usually needed. If you feel it is right and has helped in a way go with it if the person is genuin and not ripping you off.
