I got mine online, googled equine HR monitors, didn't get the absolute cheapest, but the one I have has been very good although I haven't used it for a few years (bought it about 5 years ago or more) I will look in the tackroom tomorrow and let you know the make. The most important thing I think is that the contacts are good so you get a reading - really frustrating to be halfway up the gallops with no info... Mine was very reliable in that respect
