Stop feeding all spectrum vit and min supplements to mature healthy horses on varied grazing and varied forage, they rarely need it.

Try the correct size of snaffle - straight bar, single joint or french link - before paying for a bit fit consultation. Most horses will go perfectly well in one of those three in the £20 versions.

Unless your horse has a party every night its stabled, deep bed, you'll save a lot of bedding.

To follow on from this - For any basic feeds you like such as balancers, beet, chaff, there will be a much cheaper version if you ask in the tack shop - Lidl type versions if you will. Also quite often a simple bag of 'pony nuts' will provide the same nutrition as a bag of balancer to a horse in light to medium work, and you're not paying for the brand.

Second hand rugs. I buy washed and reproofed but sell dirty/used rugs.
B is still on the rugs he came with 10yrs ago, but the odd one bought when I've seen a bargain. The one that's lasted and fits the best cost £5 about 7 or 8 years ago. They babies have second hand then hand down from one to the other.
I dont do brand named anything on purpose.
Feed wise B gets supple and senior balancer only because he benefits from it. Babies get a youngstock balancer in winter.
The base of winter feeds is sugerbeet. They have 1 feed a day. Mornings everyone gets treatballs with cheap pony nuts in them. They have a hayfeeder with a round bale in a net in winter (and now) and I rug before they get cold. Safes feeding to keep them warm.

I dont buy anything i dont need. My geooming kits is made up of gifts and brushes I've inherited from my mum and dad. I use human shampoo for bathing and other human products where i can. I do spend money on fly repellent - ive never found a recipe that worked better.
