Equine ophthalmologist in my area

After a riding school inspection today one of the horses was said to have cataract in both eyes. Grade 4 in one and grade 3 in another. I can not find anything on the internet grading cataracts and would like a specialist to have a look as this horse shows no signs and is not spooky.
Does anyone know of an eye specialist in Bucks or Oxon?

Can you ask your own vet for a 2nd opinion? I've seen that before with an inspection.

Look up OptiVet, they saw my horse recently (Rob and Chez) 100% recommend. Your vet can refer to them (as mine did) and they came to my vets clinic to see my horse and remove his eye (and a nasty tumour).
