I know that amanda perritt the racehorse trainer has one. She is towards lewis though, not sure if she allows it to be rented!

There is one in Reading, let me get the info off my freind Sue as I know she takes her horse there!

Lingfield race course have a hydro therapy type machine. You walk the horses in, they close it up and fill it up with water to part way up the horses legs. Have to say my girl freaked out and we had to get her out of it rather quick before she got herself out!! Basically we did it because if you paid for that you got a free go on the race course before hand and that was the bit we were interested in!!!
