The pony I look after has two little ulcers on his tongue, right at the tip. They dont seem to be giving him any pain, and I dont think he cares.

We are flushing his mouth out with salt water twice a day, but is there anything else we can do to help?

Thanks

If they are not causing any pain/problem then flushing with salt water (as long as its a weak solution) will be fine. Small ulcers can be common and many people don't notice them as they are rarely a problem.
Hope this helps.

Dig up any buttercups you have in your field!

I agree and make sure you are up to date on worming; sometimes bot larvae can do this to a horse.
