Equine Vets- West Wilts/Somerset?

I'm with Willesley, they were excellent last year when treating my boy for a ruptured suspensory. Would say I am 95% happy with them, the only problem I have is my last visit I wanted to discuss something with the vet but she didn't seem at all interested and spent the whole time talking to one of the other liveries who is also a vet nurse there...I found that to be very unprofessional, but that should not be a reflection on the practise as a whole :)

I'd recommend Kin Lundberg Young from Warminster, very straight talking with a no-nonsense approach. Runs her own TB stud farm, so understands TB mentality very well!

Your probably very right in what you say about Kin understanding TB but as for the straight talking, I would call it downright incredibly rude (Theres no one more straight talking than me and even I find her bloody awful). She's a very skilled vet but has no time for explanations and small talk!

Thank you all so far for replying- your comments and info have certainly given me lots to think about and research-lots of varying opinions!- will definitely come in handy when I move and have to make a decision of who to use.

All much appreciated- thanks!
