has anyone ordered from them recently? As i'm still waiting for my order from 10th feb, contacted lady over a week ago and she said it should be with me saturday (***** week ago!!) still not arrived. Just tried calling and number not connecting, so left message on mobile number.

Anybody know what's going on?:(
 
I have bought from equineck many times with no problems & I find the quality & price great.. Have have spoken to the lady today, who was very nice & just about to go out. I do know that she has been having health problems :( perhaps thats why you can't always get through. My order is a little late but I dont mind, she did say that she has a few outstanding orders but everything that is over due will be out this week.
 
Well I am still waiting for my order despite getting in touch several times and being told it will be sent the next day :( getting abit ridiculous now :(
 
I'm still waiting since before Christmas, despite a dozen phone calls and 5 emails! Always very helpful when I call and promise to send but I am still waiting. Very, very disappointed

I have spoken to the lady today from Equineck who was very nice & helpful.
I explained about this forum and she is absolutely devastated about the situation & understands this isn’t good for business, but does ask for customers to bear with her till after Easter when she will rectify the matter.
She has asked that if anyone hasn’t received there order to please email her (NOT PHONE) with the following heading and your order number if known & name.
HELP URGENT ORDER No 1234 - June Smith
I understand that she is looking into another delivery company as so many items have not been received.
She isn’t available until after Easter due to personal reasons.

I am really upset :( I placed an order in good time for a young friends birthday. I am fed up with a lack of response to e.mail. I explained that it had become a belated birthday present but still no response or delivery:mad I am now taking up a dispute via Pay Pal. I feel sorry if the lady has health problems or personal problems but the lack of communication is infuriating. If she can set up automated e.mail responses then she could advise of delays when receiving new orders. At least then I could have shopped elsewhere for the birthday gift but would have been more likely to have made a personal order even if it meant waiting a while. It is the lack of communication that has pushed me to open a dispute.

I made an order back in December for my friends xmas present and have still not recieved it! I have sent emails and rang 3 times and spoke to the lady Dee who appologies and says a new one will be re-sent but I never seem to get anything! Last week when i spoke to her she said it will be sent at the end of the week and the site will then be shut for 4 weeks as she is going in hospital, still not had anything and if I dont I think I will be asking for my money back. its been 5 months since I made the order its not on really!!!
Glad Im not the only one having problems!!
 
I certainly wasn't as patient as you! I took out a dispute and still no response so escalated to a claim via pay pal and got my money back.
I am sad if the lady has health problems : ( but it was the sheer lack of response that I found absolutely maddening. When I received an e.mail it lacked any personal touch. I would have waited, despite it being a B.day pressie, if only I had been kept informed. Ignoring your customers is never good for business! But saying it will be sent by a certain date and then just not sending it is very poor.
I ordered another stock via another site called "The riding stock trading company" the service was fab ...would certainly use them again. It restored my faith in internet shopping : )
 
I ordered a stock back in march and after about 3 weeks still hadn't received anything, sent her an email asking for a refund as show had been and gone. Got a reply saying this wasn't possible as she had already sent out my stock, guess what still not received!! I do feel bad if she has a health problem but her automated email I received when emailing for the 3rd time said anything ordered before middle of April had been sent out- still not received anything!!

Don't know what to do now as it doesn't look like I'll receive my stock or my money back :(
 
No I def agree its not good!! and she shouldnt be taking peoples money still if there are problems with them being delivered, and then not even giving people a refund!
yes it is sad she has health problems but she is running a business at the end of the day!

kerryallen - How did you get a refund from payday as thats how I paid for mine and if I dont recieve it in the next week I am going to put a claim in to get my money back. Also what is the exact website address you ordered your other stock from as I cant seem to find anything.

Did you pay via Pay Pal if so open a dispute with them and escalate if need be to a claim it is a very easy stress free process : )
If not wasn't there a response suggesting e.mail a specific message which will initiate a response?
 
Ahh.. So it aint just me. I ordered a tie and a jumping bib in december. After months of trying to get them ive recieved tie but still awaiting jumping bib. Yes shes ill but should either refund or get help from family etc to finish orders...
 
Read on another thread some time ago that somebody had researched the company and found that they had sold all their sewing machinery at the end of the year.

I had a similar problem with Equineck at the beginning of this year and put a thread on here; it was probably my thread that you read about the sewing machinery being sold. I had all the problems that were described, no replies to emails, countless phone messages left with no response and when I did get a reply, I was promised it within a week. It never arrived. I raised a dispute with Paypal and was refunded my money. I think its disgraceful that the website is still accepting orders, when they are unable to fufill the contract. I can understand that the lady was ill, but her site should be disabled. the amount of disputes I've heard of raised with Paypal, they must be sick of hearing the name.
