Thanks for replying, I think I'll ask my vet about it, seems pretty interesting, the price online isn't that high from what I've seen

Neither Previcox or Equioxx are licensed for long term use (Max of 2 weeks in the case of Equioxx)

With firocoxib it would be prudent to get a liver panel and basic heart check before embarking on treatment due to the risk of side effects. It is still an NSAID, so same gut issues as any NSAIDs apply.

Does it really have the same gut issues ? I've read many posts and articles saying that it was much less aggressive for the stomach ?
