Equipment for paddock maintenance / menage grading

What equipment do you have on site for paddock maintenance and menage grading.
Would you prefer compact tractor or utility vehicle.
(Its for 10 acres of land, indoor and outdoor school)

I use the tractor back box to level the sand school and also have a log splitter for the tractor (which is very useful but not really anything to do with field maintenance ).

Ford 4610 with front loader which we use when doing a deep litter muck out
Einbock grass manager (we call it the grass mangler) which we use for the school and harrowing the grass
Cambridge roll for flattening the wood chip into submission

Hoping to get a borrow or semi permanent loan of a fertiliser spreader.

Have just bought myself a harrow, it can be towed by a 4WD or a quad bike/mower.

I am going to get someone to help with weed control, and have the soil tested.

I have someone come in and do the slashing about twice a year. (We can mow the top/flatter paddocks but more difficult on the sloping paddocks.)
