Can anyone help with sizing please?

I have a 14.2 Connemara mare. Not sure whether to go with 'Pony' or 'cob' sizing - different websites say different things.
 
I have the wrap around one so may not be the same but i had to size up, had to get extra full for a 16.2 warmblood, that usually fits full

I had to return a high vis tabard to my local tack shop as the zip broke. The zip broke again on the replacement, so I ended up just replacing it myself.

Is this the sort of problem you mean?

I had an awful time with customer service trying to return a faulty product. After a few weeks I posted on their social media (politely) about getting it resolved and they were truly vile then blocked me.

Take a look at there SM to see how they treat customers 🫣

Yes I bought the large one years and years ago, for my late mare 16.hh and it fits my new mare 16.1 hh. It is horse size

So I bought a new horse size and it was too small but fitted my gelding 15.1hh very rude said as i tried it they wont have it returned.

So the next size up was extra full which swamped my 16.1hh, strap slid back as the rug did and ended up as a bucking strap and she bronco up the road.

picture 5 the old horse size fits fine on my 16.1hh so gave up and stick with it


Too add I bought an Equisafety coat XL years ago and does up but little tight. So treated myself to a new one XXL and there was 5 inches gap between the sippers, I put the XL from years ago with the XXL I just bought and it was way smaller, almost medium size. Called them up and told them the original horse size is now way to small and why is the XXL smaller than the XL they just said, " well things change" Not helpful at all so won't buy anything else from them.

Have to say i did buy full, had to send it back as it was way too small, whoever i spoke to on email tried to say they have no record of me buying one and wont accept a refund/exchange. I sent screenshots of my bank showing i had purchased it from them , Still tried to say they had no record of my purchase.. i then received an email from a different person from the same company who was very nice and sorted it all out. I had to chase up the refund aswell.

Apart from that i do really like the wrap around sheet i use it loads in winter
