Equisafety never again

Few years back I bought my 16.1hh ID a new rug - my late mare 16.1hh had the HORSE size and my 15hh had the cob aize.
Now my late mares had faded and had no padding, so i bought the horse size, but it was way to small but fitted my 155 hh, so had to sell as they would not take it back. I then bought the XL and it was half way down the mares bum and the belly strap round her boobies, which caused her to nearly bronc me off on the road. Well last week ordered a XXL hiz pink coat as the XL was tight in the chest. Well I just tried it on and the XXL is smaller than the XL.

£ 112 wasted got to try send it back now. never again will I buy Equisafety

the under one is the older, both bums together here and flat and you cannot see it but there is 6inches plus longer the bottom one

I would send back items that are not the size described. You should be entitled to a refund. If you get no joy from the company involve Trading Standards.

Could the XXL have been mislabelled, and should actually have been a L? Either way, I hope their customer service is helpful.

As long as it wasn't made to order and customised and is unused/unmarked, you have an absolute right to return under distance selling laws. Just send it back recorded/tracked so you can prove they got it.

The rug they said because I tried it on the horse. The coat I will be returning I got from Ebay and the tack shop said I cold return.

Apparently I am not the only one, when calling Equisafety no answer so emailed them, yet to hear. The company I bought from said that Equisafety have changed all their sizing????????????????????? how can you change the sizing XXL is XXL.


It is Def XXL a friend of a livery had the same issue and had to return it, so girls be warned if you want a large hi viz don't get it from ES

But you had an immaculate summer sheet on your horse underneath so of course you can return it.

Check carefully and nearly dry hot dishcloth clean anything not immaculate on underneath of exercise sheet.

The rug issue was 20 19 and yes was over a summer sheet.

The XXL coat is smaller than my XL coat

Their sizing is ridiculous, I'm a 16 and needed an XXL which is still snug, the size guide said L!
