I just hope these dog jackets last longer than the gilets. The zip on mine not only broke, but became unstitched after only a few weeks.

Oooh, and she just said she's had no problems with the Police. What about when there was all the hoohah last year when the Polite stuff was challenged? Interesting!

Exactly my experience, the horse gave a tiny jump and the martingale broke, within a week or so the gilet was in shreds, and no they were not interested in my complaint, not at all, it was £50, but it only looked good for a few days, I still have the hatband, but even that, the band colour falls off.
She hasn't made a profit yet, and been doing it for 13 years.

Well she's obviously done something as her new website states Equisafety is part of the High Visibility group which offers products to motorcyclists and cycling etc.

She obviously has no idea about stock control, they will take her business and sideline her, I can't believe they did not ask about ISO quality standards which are essential in the clothing industry, they should know that.

That is not the issue, if it is not fit for purpose the Trading Standards will take her to the cleaners, M/C wear has to be tough.

Ive got an equisafety exercise sheet, hatband and flashing tabard. Ive had mine for at least 7 yrs now and the only issue ive had is some of the led's on my tabard dont work any more but thats it.

I bought a hi-viz waistcoat a few years back and within a few months both zips on the pockets broke. Have invested in another as hoped it may be fluke as its the only one I have found that has zip closure pockets (that is a tabard, not full on gilet padded waistcoat). So far so good! Hoping it lasts a bit longer than the other one did

She has made good profit, just check out companies house- don't know where you got that from she even said her profit on the show. Couldn't see anyone investing in a company with no profit duh

The issue? I was just stating that she has obviously done something as looked at her website BEFORE she accepted an offer from a Dragon.

I was emailed about a missing order and the response I got was unbelievable. I do believe she called me an "internet troll",sure I kept the email for a laugh but none the less shocking customer service. I have one of there wrap sheets & a jacket had no issues with either but after the dog coat incident I just wont support them any more.

Who said it wasn't fit for purpose? ive been using equisafety products for years and never had a problem and I will be among the first to try out the motorcycle range. Only wish they did it sooner.

Such a shame the quality isn't better when the products look so fab. Last year I bought a winter polite gillet (pocket zip broke on third wear then the other side broke too) and a winter exercise sheet (first time I put it on my horse noticed a large part of the seam at the front had come away- almost appeared to have disintegrated!) and my friend bought the light gillet around the same time and something broke on hers too! Subsequently I wouldn't recommend. I'm sure lots of people have had great items but a trio with problems within a couple of months has put me off as l I can't recall having any issues with ANY of my other horsey products!

Mine never even got to the stage of washing before it fell apart, I spoke to the woman, [I am not complainer, but assumed she would welcome some feedback] apparently no point in selling good quality if she can sell the other kind.
