Just ordered one but not sure it's actually going to fit now....

My boy is 14.1 (just) quite compact but still in 6'0-6'3 rugs and I ordered the 4'3 which said it was suitable for horses wearing 6'0 rugs!

I went for the 4ft6 for mine in 5ft9/6ft rugs and it only hangs very slightly.

I have two I bought one for a 6'6" horse and one for a 6'3" horse both horses wear 6'6" rugs the bigger one fits but is a tad on the big side the other is perfect so I think you will be ok.
The strap around the front is too long on both IMO I have knotted them to shorten
