Equisimulator lesson this week!

I've booked an equisimulator lesson with Damian Stenton this week and would like to hear from others who have had a lesson on one. Does it help with your real horse riding and position?

I've had a lesson with Damian...... it was fab

Improved my sitting trot 100% and he really highlights and explains all you position faults; It's really helpfull !

I saw the one at Ingliston today shortly before I hit the deck and it looked like a really useful tool. Let us know how you find it as was thinking of taking my 6yo for a lesson to give him the feel of canter before he does the real thing on his first ridden pony.
