Hi, I bought a pallet of this in September and I hate it! Nearly every bag was damaged on delivery and i'm yet to receive an email from the company acknowledging my complaint! It takes AGES to muck out. It doesn't shake off the shavings rake as it's too fine, so I have to go through three entire beds and get the muck out a bit at a time. It is now taking an hour and a half every morning. I skip out regularly when horses are in but the muck seems to drop to the bottom of this bedding. The only thing going for it is that it isn't dusty. So only buy this if your horse doesn't poo, wee, walk around or lie down. Unless you like hunting the poo. I did use pelleted miscanthus grass which was great to muck out but very very dusty in the summer. What else can I try when this awful stuff has gone?

I have used it and its great but its not like shavings. As the bed gets damper the bed will get a bottom which you leave undisturbed apart from taking out the wet every week. You need a fine tined fork for picking out. I have only once had a problem with the bed not settling, my solution was to put a pony on it until it packed down. Its so easy to dispose of the heap will rot with 3months and if you want to put its on the garden straight way in my experience it does no harm.
