Hi I am considering buying an Equissage Pad, I have two large warmbloods that I compete in dressage and i'm hoping the equissage will warm them up quicker and reduce the risk of injury - loads of money thro wondered if anyone has one or used one and can give some advice Clare

Waste of money, company run by liars, it's way over priced for what it is and you would be better saving thousands and buying the equilibrium massage pad for £250, which will do exactly the same as an equissage back pad will. If you are however going to buy anything from them would just get the hand unit as although it is tiresome to use, it will work well on things like hemotoma.

I haven't found that at all. We had a demo last year and they were lovely. My friend bought the hand held version and us very impressed with it. She said I could use it but unfortunately my very laid back pony is absolutely petrified of it so I haven't been able to. She comes on here sometimes so ill see if she can give you some more feedback.

Do a search for previous posts - there are quite a few and I think you'll find you get lots & lots of positive feedback. I think I also read someone who has one AND an equilibrium pad and thinks the Equissage is far superior, which you would expect considering the price!

I have one & IMO it is well worth the money - they are very expensive & the company is still selling them with lots of great feedback so there must be something in it.

I agree with Natalia, I have the back pad and the hand held unit, the hand held unit is much better but it is a hassle to use. I since bought the equilibrium massage pad and it is fantastic, much better than the equissage. I sent my equissage to a fellow HHOer and not sure if it really has made any difference to her horse so I would recommend the equilibrium over the equissage!

your search will also bring up lots of people who have sold their equissage and bought the equillibrium pad ;)

i have the equillibrium pad and it is great, proven to work in studies and much, much, much cheaper.

i would strongly suggest trying the equissage before buying and also trying the equillibrium as well so you can compare the two.

oh and just to say, if you buy one second hand the warranty does not transfer with the unit so even if it is month old and it breaks unless you were the one that bought it from equissage they wont cover a thing.
