Does any one have a pair of equitector long riding boots? I have trouble finding boots to fit - big calves = v annoying (although probably for the best or I would have several pairs of boots by now!!)

Are they worth the money? I have done all the measurement and it says I would have to have a made pair, but I am a bit worried having not seen them in the flesh etc so not sure about spending that amount of money. If they are good and last, and fit, then it seems like a sensible idea.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, also does anyone know of a shop that stocks them, so I can perhaps have a look, I am in Kent.

Thanks

Ok Still working the forum out, I just posted this in pictures too, sorry!

Hi, yes i have the same problem, big calves so annoying!
My local saddlery stocks Equitector boots, they seem really good quality to me, they are all leather and very comfortable, I just can't justify that amount of money at the moment for some otherwise i would have bought them.
Try googling them

I have had 2 pairs of the Equitector Equi Pacer boots now. The first pair tolerated 3 years of abuse (I really didn't look after them) the second pair have just been dug out for their second winter.
Not sure what the riding boots are like, but the boots I've had have been fab, lasted well and most importantly (for me) kept my feet warm in winter, which no other footwear product has ever done. So worth every penny imo.

I have a pair of the long riding boots - they don't see much action as they are only for shows and posh days out but I can confirm that their off the peg sizes will fit vitually anybody and are well worth the money.

I tried some on at Blenhiem, and they were VERY comfortable. I've been looking on Ebay for some

. As my feet get ver cold throughout the winter, I was thinking of getting the yard boots rather than the long riding boots though

Ditto for me. Except I have the 'classic' long ones. On my second pair, the first pair are still usable after 3 years of regular use just could do with new zips but otherwise wearing well.

I'm short with REALLY big calfs. They're very comfortable.
