Equitrek lorry owners

Does anyone on here have an Equitrek lorry (not trailer) bought directly from Equitrek in the last 3 years?
If so, were you told that it had to be serviced at Equitrek to keep the warranty valid.

PS I know all about the Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation, I just want to do some research on Equitrek customers

Hi, whilst we don't have it anymore we did know that our 2020 Victory needed to be serviced at an Equitrek dealer in relation to the actual wagon rather then the chassis. We did get it directly from head office as was replacement for our previous one which had issues so had to deal with them directly.

Having been told we would have a local dealer, that never happened so we had to take it to head office which is 127 miles away!
