Hi
I’m thinking of buying a second hand equitrek (horse prefers a lorry). What should I check or be mindful of? I know the panels can be rotten. This box has the original panels but had aluminium panels inside the original panels and attached to the floor with ply then over the top. Is that the normal way of doing it? Anything else to check? If I buy will get it serviced and checked before use. Thanks

Equitrek do not have the best reputation for build quality.

You need to get q
a specialist horse box inspection technician to check both the chassis/cab and the body for you especialy the floor from above and below before you buy it.

Below are contact details for two specialists:

Guildford 01483 271049 07714 850951
