Equivalent to Rapide Gel Leather care - want to avoid Glycerine

Lovely product but works out quite expensive. Is there an equivalent product quality wise that works out cheaper than £7.00 for 200ml.

Want to avoid Glycerine.

Sorry to thread jack OP. Why wouldn't you use oil Pansymouse? I've always oiled my tack periodically so now I'm wondering why I shouldn't!

cremedemonthe do you oil tack? Ted (Woldingham) suggested oiling my new saddle as it is dark brown, and to make it darker. I was a bit concerned as had impression oil not good for tack?

Oil expends the fibres within the leather causing the structure to weaken and makes it susceptible to tearing.

Don't use anything one step, anything soap, oil, glycerine...I use and recommend cremedemonthe's conditioner, as well as that by Sedgwick which we give away samples of with new saddles, and just use a cotton dishcloth and hand hot water to clean.
