Am trying this on a horse that has just developed mudfever.

It seems to be based on honey, was very expensive so had better be good.

Once I work out what is in it I will make my own version.
 
I tried it and to be honest it didn't seem to do anything except make a big sticky mess!
 
It seems to be getting the scabs off without making her sore but I am worries about it attracting flies and wasps in th efield. She is in during day and out at night.
 
Found it to be in a league of its own- absolutely fabulous. I'm not sure what is in it apart from honey but was brilliant. Apart from being a bit messy and quite pricey the only thing that was a bit of a bother is that one started to eat it after a while! Didn't seem to do him any harm though. I used it on a bad case of photosenthesis type mud fever.
