Any advice on how to clean my horses teeth

My 20 yr old Arab mare has her teeth cleaned most days.

My EDT said to find a large tooth brush. I found one in Boots the chemist. It is one that you clean babies bottle with.
I also use a 50 ml syringe to wash the mouth out with. My EDT also said to use a weak solution of the Mint Listerine mouth wash.
My girl soon learned to have it done. I can stand in the middle of the field or yard without a head collar on her.
