Currently riding a friend's horses. She has Erre Plus dressage saddles. Is it just me or are they really hard? I have bruises on my seat bones. And it's not because I have a skinny a** lol
Reminds me of hacking in old Stubbens

Seat shape is critical and we're all different. Sounds like the seat is too narrow for your seatbones, many of us have much wider seatbones than most saddles allow, particularly bigger seat sizes where the widest part is further back. I've even had riders say a saddle feels softer when I put it in correct balance, SO many factors in how comfortable it can feel.

Thank you. This makes total sense!
