Errr..... Rogaine for horses???

Ok, weird question i know but do you guys know of anything that you can apply to (healed) cuts to encourage the hair to grow back? My cuddy keeps ending up with baldy bits!!

THanks guys!! Whats green oils gel? Also, another (related) daft question! If you put that stuff on (the hairless bits are on his face) and it is sunny outside *falls about laughing* would it cause the skin to burn...?
