Essex Farrier?

[ QUOTE ]
Can't say I've heard of him and we have a few farriers visit our yard - sorry!

No worries

He is based in Fobbing, and has been recommended by Rossdales.
I had never heard of him either.

Fingers crossed it is just something minor.

Bane is sound again (for now!) so back into work for him - hoping to take him on the Boxing Day hunt

Yes, Richard Pay does several on our yard, including mine (I haven't had my horse very long so he has only been shod twice by him, but I am really happy with it - horse used to trip a lot before and now doesn't) - he has quite a unique style but comes very very highly recommended by vets + other "knowledgeable people". My yard owner won't use anyone else for her horses. He is expensive though. Married to show jumper Jo Pay, I believe.

He used to be my farrier until I moved to North Essex. Recommended by vets as little flea says and specialises in remedial shoeing.

I use a farrier called Richard and I live near to ongar, but I don't know what his surname is! My farrier specialises in remedial shoeing and I know vets recommend him - that is why I use him and I can't fault his shoeing. He drives a Landrover jeep rather than using a van - is this the same guy anyone??
