Hi there I am new to this forum. I am going to be moving to Essex area shortly and I need livery for my horse. I don't know a lot of people in the area but have spoken to some and read this forum archive and the yards below seem to be the best.

Any opinions on Howards Farm and Tylers Hall? I understand they both have all year turn out and decent schools - but what are the other liveries like? I compete affiliated and looking to make friends so a yard where people are interested in training and competing would probably suit me best. Do trainers come to those yards?

And if you have any more suggestions please say! I also can't seem to find a phone number for Howards farm so if anyone has it I would be really grateful!! Thank you!!

I have only popped into them haven't been stabled at either. Tylers has a good partially covered indoor and an outdoor. Very large yard All year turnout but restricted to afternoons in winter I believe and not allowed overnight in summer. I have heard stories that they have lots of kicks from the field not sure how accurate that is.

Howards farm has a good reputation decent indoor small outdoor. Winter turnout 3 hours per day. Summer in before 6 I think.

Both decent hacking.

If you hear of the perfect yard please let me know :)
