Essex Livery yards!

Anyone know any really lovely yards in Basildon/Billericay/Wickford areas?

Must have:
- all year turnout
- at least one ménage with a good surface
- allow children

Bonus but not essential would be
- good hacking
- indoor school
- individual turnout

I am quite fussy and can't stand mess so would need to be a well kept yard! Am spoilt at current yard with facilities (four schools) it's just too far away!

All year turnout is always going to be a problem in those areas.

Your best bet would be to try private yards - ask your farrier, have a drive round maybe?

Ingatestone Saddlery usually have quite a few ads for livery yards and private yards on their notice board.
