OK, not sure if this has already been done, but here goes (never done a voting poll before!!)

So, who ever fancies meeting up at Ingatestone Saddlery, Ingatestone, Essex, for a bite to eat in their fabulous Cafe, and to finally put faces to names, please vote which dates would be best for you.
The date with the most votes, wins!!

Ingatestone won't know whats hit them, when we all walk in :D

If anyone wants a lift and is not too far from me then i'm happy to pick up:)
 
I have voted for them all too as free each weekend!

I think so we know who we looking for we should go back to primary school :-D and wear username tags with Horse and Hound written on them, cause i went to a meet-up on other forum and ended up being alone as didnt know who i was looking for, how does that sound?

Also i can give anyone around the Benfleet area a lift if needed! x
 
I have voted for all 4 dates. I live in south woodham ferrers and can give anyone a lift if anyone needs one

Rachel91 = Thats a good idea about the name tags! At least we know who we are talking to.... we could end up talking to a randomer at Ingatestone!!!
Told OH about our little meet... he was a little shocked... but I think thats because he knows what I'm like when I go to Ingatestone, I have to buy at least one thing there!!!!

Looks like June 27th is winning so far. FC when will the actual date be set in stone? I was thinking leave this running over the weekend, and decide Monday??

TW - I think the plan is to go late morning early lunch for some brunch/lunch.
FMc - Yes, do come the more the merrier!!!

S1 - I wonder how popular KP was. I went when John Whitaker was there.

Do you think we should call them in advance and warn them we are coming?? Hee Hee!!
 
My sharer went to see KP yesterday. I hope to god she didn't buy anything pink for the horse, it's my only rule.
 
I think leaving the poll running til Monday is a good idea, that way everybody has chance to see it.
Then on Monday I (or anyone else who gets there before me) can do a time date meeting place type post.
I am going to Ingatestone on Monday so can ask about a group booking, maybe we could get a table booked.
 
FC - Sounds like a good plan!

Defo ask about group bookings, hopefully come Sunday evening we can get a roungh idea of numbers.

I don't mind doing the official thread about the meet, what date, what time etc on Monday.

ETA - I think the name stickers are a good idea BTW.
 
Yea i dont mind doing it either so just whoever get there first just put up the date,time and meeting place and info about what to put on name tags (username and Horse and Hound, for the day!

Also i think anyone whom cant drive there should maybe but thier name and area they live and some-one may be able to help out and pick them up.
