Estimating a foals mature height.

My youngster was 14.1 at 1yrs, he is almost 2yrs and is 15.2 withers 15.3 bum. I'm expecting him to stop at 16.2(he is warm blood x draft)
 
Mine was 14.2hh when I bought him at 15 months old. He is now rising 4 (4 next month) and is 16.1. And bum high. Again. He's Trad cob x welsh sec. D according to his passport. And was supposed to make 15.2. Ah well, he's lovely, and I just love climbing on from gates, walls, mounting blocks .........etc...etc!!
