Let's hope the vets win the exemption.Seems crazy when at a guess 80% + of UK horses don't end up as meat, and owners and vets are always more than happy to sign the passport as "not for meat" in exchange for a course of bute. If the system ain't broke, why are the EU trying to fix it...?
